As a resident in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department, at B.J.Medical college & Sassoon General Hospital ,Pune my clinical responsibilities included conducting six outpatient clinics and six OT per week and ward rounds including a weekly grand round and performing emergency as well asroutine obstetrics and gynaecological surgeries.
At KEM hospital pune, I was working as senior resident and used manage OPD, OT, ward, labour room and emergencies.
I was the proprietor and director at Ekvira hospital, Ulwe. I was also a consultant in OBGY to manage all the obstetric and gynaecological cases there for 2 years. I have done approximately 50 LSCS, and around 60 vaginal deliveries over there.
I have independently done more than 300 normal vaginal deliveries.
More than 300 caesarean sections independently.
Done 15 abdominal hysterectomies independently.
Done 10 vaginal hysterectomies.
Assisted Internal iliac artery ligation, obstetric hysterectomies for PPH.
Assisted placenta accreta, percreta, Burch colposuspension and sling surgeries for prolapse.

I conducted lectures of junior residents while doing PG.
While working in terna hospital as SR I used to take lectures thrice a week for PG students.
I conduct daily clinics and lectures for MBBS students at Terna hospital.
I am examiner for MUHS, Nashik.
I am teacher for CCMP course.
